These Terms govern your use of streamlineitwithai.com (the "Site") and the coaching services offered by Streamline it with AI ("we," "us," or "our"), a Bits of Brilliance Publishing series operated by Jess Allen. By using the Site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide hands-on AI coaching, including Clarify & Plan sessions, VIP days, and hourly coaching. Coaching is educational and collaborative: you do the work, learn the skills, and own what you build. We are not a done-for-you agency.

Not professional advice

Our coaching is for general education and skill-building. It is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make and for complying with any laws or regulations that apply to your work, including how you handle sensitive or regulated data.

Booking and scheduling

Sessions are booked through our scheduling tool. Please arrive on time; sessions run for the booked duration. If you need to reschedule, contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Payment

• Prices are listed on the Site. Payment is due as agreed before or at the time of service.
• We accept Bitcoin (preferred), card payments via Stripe (which may include a processing fee), and other methods we agree to, such as Zelle or PayPal.
• Prepaid hours and credits remain available to you and may be transferable, as agreed in writing. An invoice is available for your records.

Refunds and rescheduling

All payments are final and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. Prepaid hours remain available to you, and are transferable as agreed, so your investment is not lost.

Results

We bring real expertise and care, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on your participation, your situation, and the tools you use.

Intellectual property

The Site's content and our methods, frameworks, and materials are our intellectual property. The systems, files, and workflows you build during coaching are yours to keep and use.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share in coaching as confidential and ask the same of you regarding our materials and methods.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site or our services to break the law, infringe others' rights, or harm the Site's security or operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
